Person in Charge (PIC) explained they had a rush of customers and heat from the fryer warmed up the chicken. -Corrected During Inspection (CDI): since it was stated by Person in Charge (PIC) that chicken was out of temperature for less than 1h; chicken was voluntarily placed in walk-in cooler.
