Los equipos, utensilios, termómetros, tablas de cortar o artículos desechables no estaban en buenas condiciones, no eran del tipo adecuado o no se guardaban correctamente.
Redacción oficial (en inglés): "3717-1-04.4(A)(2) - Violation - Equipment,good repair, doors, seals Equipment components were not intact, tight or properly adjusted. "
Nota del inspector (en inglés): "Sanitizer dispenser was not dispensing appropriate concentration of sanitizer. Facility called maintenance to address and they decided to reach out to company to have dispenser serviced." - Hallazgo Problemas de agua, plomería o drenaje

Observed chemical dispenser at three compartment sink installed in a manner that could allow a crossover between cold and hot water.
