INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT
OBSERVED 20 LIVE SMALL FLIES IN REAR PREP AREA, 10 LIVE SMALL FLIES ON WALLS AT STORAGE ROOM OUTSIDE OF WALK IN COOLER AND 10 LIVE SMALL FLIES ON WALLS AT BAR. INSTRUCTED MANAGER MUST REMOVE ALL SMALL FLY ACTIVITY BY DATE OF REINSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-020(A). ADVISED TO CALL PEST CONTROL OPERATOR FOR SERVICE.
