INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE A PROPER FLOOR DRAIN COVER FOR THE FLOOR DRAIN IN THE WASHROOM. OBSERVED A HOLE IN THE WALL BEHIND THE EXPOSED HANDSINK IN THE DISHWASHING AREA; INSTRUCTED TO SEAL HOLE.
