THE REAR EXIT DOOR TO THE ALLEY IS NOT RODENT PROOF WITH A 1/2" GAP ALONG THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO RODENT PROOF ALL OUTER OPENINGS.
