IN EMPLOYEE /STORAGE ROOM IN CORNER BEHIND DOOR, UNDER WOODEN SCATTERED ON FLOOR, BEHIND 2 DOOR COOLERS/ FREEZERS IN DRY STORAGE AREA, SURROUNDING VENTILLATION/HEATING SYSTEM AND STORAGE RACKS CONTAINING LOAVES OF BREAD, AND IN OFFICE SURROUNDING DESK AND CAMERA SYSTEM. INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT PEST CONTROL FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICE, REMOVE DROPPINGS, CLEAN AND SANITIZE SAID AREAS. MUST ELIMINATE RODENT ACTIVITY ON SITE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. #7-38-020(A).
