EXPOSED VENTILATION SYSTEM, PIPING AND UTILITY LINES NOTED ABOVE FRONT PREP AREA. INSTD TO PROVIDE A CEILING IN PREP AREA THAT IS DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED AND INSTALLED SO THAT IT IS SMOOTH and EASILY CLEANABLE. (A) Utility service lines and pipes may not be unnecessarily exposed. (B) Exposed utility service lines and pipes shall be installed so they do not obstruct or prevent cleaning of the floors, walls, or ceilings.
