NOTED TEMPERATURES RANGING BETWEEN 48.9-53F. INSTRUCTED TO HOLD ALL COLD TCS FOODS @ 41F OR BELOW AND MAINTAIN. PRIORITY VIOLATION. #7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.
