OBSERVED 25 RAT DROPPINGS ON PREP AREA FLOOR ALONG WALLS/CORNERS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER MUST REMOVE ALL RAT DROPPINGS BY DATE OF REINSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-020(A). ADVISED TO CALL PEST CONTROL OPERATOR FOR SERVICE.
