CORRECTED ON SITE LACTIC ACID SANTIZING PROPERLY AT A CONCENTRATION OF 1875 PPM AT THREE COMPARTMENT SINK AFTER REPAIR. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-025 CITATION ISSUED.
