OBSERVED CLEAN EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS ON STORAGE RACK EXPOSED TO SPLASH FROM HANDWASHING SINK (NEAR 3-COMPARTMENT SINK) IN THE KITCHEN AREA. INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL SPLASH GUARD AT RIGHT-HAND SIDE OF HANDWASHING SINK TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF CLEAN EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS FROM SPLASH AND MAINTAIN.
Equipment, utensils, thermometers, cutting boards, or single-use items were not in good condition, not the right type, or not stored properly.
