OBSERVED COLD HOLD UNIT ON FRONT PREP LINE BEING USED DESPITE BEING TAGGED WITH CDPH HELD FOR INSPECTION TAG. COLD HOLD UNIT MAINTAINING TEMPERATURE OF 65.8F. INSTRUCTED PERSON IN CHARGE TO REPAIR UNIT AND DO NOT PLACE ANY TCS FOODS (SLICED TOMATOES, CHEESE) IN UNIT UNTIL RE-INSPECTION BY CDPH. (ALTERNATIVE COLD HOLD UNIT IN USE AT THIS TIME) PRIORITY VIOLATION #7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.
