NOTED DISHES BEING WASHED IN A NON-COMMERCIAL GRADE DISH WASHING MACHINE UNABLE TO DISPENSE SANITIZER, NO GAUGE'S TO INDICATE A FINAL RINSE TEMPERATURE. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE DISH MACHINE FROM THE PREMISES AND USE THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK TO REWASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE ALL THE DISHES WITH CHLORINE SANITIZER ON SITE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-005 CITATION ISSUED.
