OBSERVED A LIVE DOG INSIDE A RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT DURING INSPECTION. OBSERVED PATRON HOLDING A SMALL LIVE DOG WHEN ORDERING FOOD IN LINE. NO EMPLOYEES ASKED PATRON IF LIVE DOG WAS A SERVICE ANIMAL. NO LIVE ANIMALS ON PREMISES UNLESS IT IS A SERVICE ANIMAL. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-40-060. CITATION ISSUED. PATRON LEFT ESTABLISHMENT WITH LIVE DOG AFTER RECEIVING FOOD.
