6-201.11 OBSERVED HOLES IN THE WALL UNDER AND NEXT TO THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND IN THE TOILET ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL ALL HOLES IN ORDER TO MAKE SURFACE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. OBSERVED PEELING PAINT ON THE CEILING OF THE WALK IN FREEZER. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE PEELING PAINT.
