INSTRUCTED THE PERSON IN CHARGE TO REMOVE ALL MOUSE DROPPINGS, SANITIZE ALL AREAS, AND INFORM PEST CONTROL OF THE NEED FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICE. PRIORITY VIOLATION #7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
