OBSERVED FOOD CONTAINERS STORED ON THE FLOOR IN THE BASEMENT WALK-IN COOLER AND BASEMENT STORAGE AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROPERLY STORE AND PROTECT FOOD ITEMS FROM CONTAMINATION WHILE STORED BY ELEVATING AT LEAST SIX INCHES FROM THE FLOOR ON RAISED SHELVING UNITS.
