MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE AND REROUTE THE DRAIN TO THE MOP SINK OR OTHER DRAIN NOT USED FOR FOOD PREPARATION OR DISHWASHING. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C).
