OBSERVED NO CATCH BASIN PROVIDED AT THE WAREWASHING AREA 3-COMPARTMENT SINK FLOOR-MOUNTED DRAIN. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE CATCH BASIN AT FLOOR-MOUNTED DRAINS FOR ALL SINKS IN WHICH FOOD, UTENSILS, AND EQUIPMENT ARE WASHED AND MAINTAIN.
