OBSERVED VARIOUS SCOOPS STORED WITH HANDLES IN CONTACT WITH FOOD ITEMS IN THE DRY STORAGE BINS LOCATED IN THE REAR PREP AREA BY EXIT DOOR. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO STORE ALL SCOOPS WITH HANDLES NOT IN CONTACT WITH FOOD ITEMS IN BETWEEN USE.
Equipment, utensils, thermometers, cutting boards, or single-use items were not in good condition, not the right type, or not stored properly.
