OBSERVED NO WATER PRESSURE AT THE EMPLOYEE BATHROOM IN THE LUNCH ROOM DUE TO NO FAUCET TO TURN ON THE HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN. WASHROOM HAS BE TAGGED AND MAY NOT BE USED UNTIL AN INSPECTION BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. ADEQUATE WATER UNDER PRESSURE SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ALL FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT THAT ARE REQUIRED TO USE WATER. PRIORITY 7-38-030(C) NO CITATION.
