OBSERVED A PROHIBITED ANIMAL (DOG) ON SITE IN THE FACILITY. PERSON IN CHARGE WAS MADE AWARE THAT SUCH ANIMALS ARE PROHIBITED FROM FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ANIMAL FROM THE FACILITY AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES. DOG WAS REMOVED DURING INSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION #7-40-060. CITATION ISSUED.
