OBSERVED FOOD CONTAINERS STORED ON THE FLOOR IN THE THROUGHOUT PREP AREA INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROPERLY STORE AND PROTECT FOOD ITEMS FROM CONTAMINATION WHILE STORED BY ELEVATING AT LEAST SIX INCHES FROM THE FLOOR ON RAISED SHELVING UNITS.
