OBSERVED THE 5 DOOR STAND-UP COOLER IN THE GROCERY AREA NOT MAINTAINING PROPER TEMPERATURE WITH AN AIR TEMPERATURE OF 72.4F. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN THE COOLER AT 41F OR COLDER AT ALL TIMES.PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-005.
Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.
