OBSERVED IMPROPER COLD HOLDING TEMPERATURE OF RICE STORED INSIDE THE COLD HOLDING UNIT. RICE WAS FOUND AT 52.3F. DISCARDED APPROXIMATELY 3LBS AT $31 AT THSI TIME. INSTRUCTED ALL COLD HOLDING FOODS SHOULD BE 41F OR BELOW. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-005, NO CITATION ISSUED
