OBSERVED DIRTY FLOOR DRAIN UNDERNEATH THREE COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE REAR KITCHEN PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED THE PERSON IN CHARGE TO DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
