MUST ALSO SEAL THE OPENINGS IN THE WALL IN THE TOILET ROOM AND THROUGHOUT AS NEEDED. MUST REPLACE THE BROKEN FLOOR TILES IN FRONT OF THE 3/2-COMPARTMENT SINKS AND SEAL THE OPENING IN THE FLOOR AROUND THE GREASE TRAP AND MAINTAIN.
