OBSERVED A CUSTOMER SEATED AT THE CAFE WITH THEIR DOG THAT WAS NOT A SERVICE ANIMAL. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT ONLY SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE OF THE PREMISES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-40-060. CITATION ISSUED.
