OBSERVED 20 SMALL FLIES THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY, INCLUDING IN BOTH BAR AREAS, IN THE KITCHEN, IN TOILET ROOMS, AND IN THE DISH ROOM. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO MINIMIZE SMALL FLY ACTIVITY. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) CITATION ISSUED.
