INSTRUCTED THE FACILITY TO ELMINATE DEAD ROACHES, CLEAN AND SANITIZE SAID AREAS. THE PREMISES SHALL BE MAINTAINED FREE OF INSECTS, RODENTS, AND OTHER PESTS.
