OBSERVED THE 2 DOOR REACH IN/PREPARATION COOLER AT THE FRONT AREA TO BE HEAVILY SOILED WITH MILK SPILLAGE IN THE INTERIOR BOTTOM SHELVES. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REMOVE ALL STORED ITEMS INSIDE AND DETAIL CLEAN SHELF AND MAINTAIN FREE OF ANY SPILL AND FOOD RESIDUE BUILD UP.
