MICE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS/SURFACES IN THE FOOD PREP AREA: ON THE FLOOR NEAR THE GARBAGE, UNDER THE FOOD PREP TABLE, AND UNDER THE POST ELEVATING THE MICROWAVE. ALSO, IN THE CLASSROOMS: IN THE LOWER PART OF A CUBBY AND IN THE LOWER STORAGE COMPARTMENTS LABELED CONSTRUCTION PAPER AND BLANKETS. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE MICE DROPPINGS, CLEAN, AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED SURFACES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), CITATION ISSUED.
