NOTED 21 SMALL, 1 LARGE LIVE COCKROACHES IN PRODUCTION AREA BY LARGE TANK, APPROXIMATELY 50 SMALL RODENT DROPPINGS SCATTERED ALONSIDE WALL WHERE HANDSINK IS LOCATED, ON PREP TABLE SHELVING BY CONVEYORS AND INSIDE OFFICE/ STORAGE SURROUNDING REFRIGERATION UNIT ALONG WALL WHERE EMPTY CANS ARE STORED , AND 10 SMALL LIVE FLIES FLYING THROUGHOUT PRODUCTION AND PREP SPACE.MUST ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY ON SITE AND MAINTAN. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. #7-38-020 (A). CITATION ISSUED.
