CUSTOMERS SELF SERVICE UTENSILS UNWRAPPED AND DISPLAYED WITH FOOD/LIP CONTACT SUFACES EXPOSED. SINGLE-SERVICE UTENSILS SHALL BE HANDLED DISPLAYED AND DISPENSED SO THAT CONTAMINATION OF FOOD AND LIP CONTACT SURFACE IS PREVENTED OR PROVIDE PRE WRAPPED UTENSILS.
