OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 50 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN SOUTHWEST CORNER OF KITCHEN, ALONG SOUTH WALL IN KITCHEN, ON TOP OF BOX STORED IN SOUTHEAST DRY STORAGE ROOM AND ON DESK IN NORTHWEST OFFICE. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE, SANITIZE AND MAINTAIN ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. PRIORITY FOUNDATION #7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
