OBSERVED PROPOSED SUSHI PREPARATION IN A BAR LOCATED IN FRONT OF PREMISE WITHOUT ADEQUATE PROTECTION FROM CONSUMER CONTAMINATION. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN. PRIORITY VIOLATION. #7-38-005. NO CITATION ISSUED. PERSON IN CHARGE REMOVED ALL BAR SEATING TO PREVENT CONSUMER ACCESS DURING THIS TIME.
