INSTRUCTED TO DENATURE AND DISCARD LISTED TCS FOOD ITEMS AND TO REHEAT TCS FOOD ITEMS TO 165.0F OR ABOVE PRIOR TO ENTERING HOT-HOLDING WHEN REHEATING TCS FOOD. APPROXIMATELY 20 LBS.
