OBSERVED IN THE BASEMENT DRY GOODS STORAGE SHELVES, CHEST FREEZERS, AND CONTAINERS STORED ON SHELVES LOCATED DIRECTLY BELOW UNSHIELDED WASTE LINE PIPES. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO MOVE ALL ITEMS AWAY FROM PIPES OR PROVIDE APPROPRIATE SHIELDING FROM POTENTIAL LEAKS AND SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION.
