OBSERVED NO AMBIENT AIR THERMOMETER(S) INSIDE THE REACH IN THE KITCHEN 2-DOOR COOLER/REFRIGERATOR, INSIDE THE REFRIGERATOR WITH FREEZER IN THE INFANT CLASSROOM AND IN THE REFRIGERATOR IN THE TODDLER CLASSROOM. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE TO PROPERLY MONITOR THE AMBIENT AIR TEMPERATURE OF EQUIPMENT.

OBSERVED A SMALL 1/4" GAP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE EXIT DOOR AT THE INFANT CLASSROOM. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE A TIGHT-FITTING SEAL AT OUTER OPENING TO PREVENT THE ENTRY OF PESTS.
