NOTED REAR EXIT DOOR TO ALLEY FROM BASEMENT STAIRWAY WITH GAPS ON BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER. MUST PROVIDE A TIGHT-FITTING SEAL AT ALL OUTER OPENINGS TO PREVENT THE ENTRY OF PESTS.
