INSTRUCTED TO CALL WASTE MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO REQUEST ADDITIONAL DISPOSITION OF WASTE WHEN RECEPTACLE LIDS ARE UNABLE TO BE CLOSED DUE TO VOLUME OF WASTE. PERSON-IN-CHARGE SCHEDULED FOR IMMEDIATE WASTE MANAGEMENT PICK UP SERVICE ON-SITE AT TIME OF INSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-020(B) CITATION ISSUED.
