BOTH HANDWASHING SINKS IN POOR REPAIR BUT FUNCTIONAL FOR USE IN HANDWASHING WITH ADEQUATE HOT AND COLD WATER ACCESSIBLE AT TIME OF LICENSE INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE LISTED HANDWASHING SINK FIXTURES AND MAINTAIN ALL PLUMBING FIXTURES IN GOOD REPAIR AT ALL TIMES.
