3-307.11 OBSERVED NO SPLASH GUARD BETWEEN EXPOSED HAND SINK AND DRAINBOARD OF 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IN HOT FOOD PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED THE PERSON IN CHARGE TO INSTALL A WASHABLE SPLASHGUARD AND MAINTAIN.
Food was stored or handled in a way that could let germs or other material get into it, such as raw meat stored above ready-to-eat food or uncovered food. Cross-contamination is a common cause of foodborne illness.
