OBSERVED NO DRAINBOARD AT THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK TO ALLOW DISHES TO AIR DRY AFTER WASHING, RINSING, AND SANITIZING. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THE INSTALLATION OF A DRAIN BOARD AT THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK FOR THIS PURPOSE.
