OBSERVED 2 LIVE ROACHES IN KITCHEN OF BOAT; OBSERVED MORE THAN 50 SMALL FLIES THROUGHOUT BOAT. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE ALL AREAS AFFECTED BY PESTS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) CITATION ISSUED.
