OBSERVED NO BACKFLOW DEVICE ON THE ICE MACHINE WATER LINE WITH CONNECTION TO THE THREE-COMPARTMENT SINK. INSTRUCTED PERSON IN CHARGE TO INSTALL BACKFLOW DEVICE FOR THE PREVENTION OF POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION.
