APRROXIMATELY 4 GALLONS OF MILK RANING FROM 48-53F STORED IN REFRIGERATORS THROUGHOUT IN USE CLASSROOM AND BABY ROOM, 1.5 LBS COOKED EGGS,(76F), 3 LBS BEANS @70F (ON PREP TABLE) AND 4 LBS COOKED RICE @ 92F LOCATED INSIDE COOLING UNIT IN PREP. INSTRUCTED TO HOLD ALL COLD TCS FOODS @41F AND BELOW AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY VIOLATION. #7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED. PIC VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED ALL SAID ITEMS AT THIS TIME.
