OBSERVED MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR, WALL LEDGES, AND STORAGE SHELVES IN THE DRY STORAGE ROOM. OBSERVED MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE STORAGE SHELVES BENEATH THE FRONT COUNTER. ALSO OBSERVED ONE LIVE COCKROACH ON TOP OF THE GREASE TRAP. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL RODENT DROPPINGS FROM ALL AFFECTED AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A).
