OBSERVED ICE MACHINE IN DISHWASHING AREA WITH A BLACK SUBSTANCE ON BLUE LEFT AND RIGHT UPPER SIDES OF ICE MACHINE. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CLEAN BLUE LEFT AND RIGHT UPPER SIDES OF ICE MACHINE AND MAINTAIN IN GOOD CONDITION TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF ICE.
