NOTED APPROXIMATLEY 35 SMALL AND LARGE BLACK LIVE FLIES ON COOLING UNIT SURFACES FLYING AND SITTING ON RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT, ON GROCERY STORE PRODUCTS, IN STORAGE SPACE WHERE REGISTERS ARE INSIDE TOILET ROOM ON PLUMBING FIXTURES. NOTED APPROXIMATELY 20 SMALL RODENT DROPPINGS SCATTERED UNDER CHIP AND SNACK RACKS IN FRONT OF FACILITY. RECOMMENDED TO CONTACT PEST CONTROL FOR SERVICE, MUST ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY ON SITE AND MAINTAIN. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. #7-38-020 (A). NO CITATION ISSUED.
